Happy Birthday Rhees
We celebrated Rhees' first birthday last Tuesday, I can't believe it has already been a year. I made a carrot cake and Shawn took us out to dinner. We got home and the boys got to talk to their grandparents on Skype and Rhees opened his presents. He got some pretty cool push toys and some nice clothes. After we sang "Happy Birthday" and ate some cake. By the end of the night both boys were exhausted. Aleq now gets really excited when ever he sees balloons or cake and screams, "Birthday! Birthday!". October is such a beautiful month here in Iowa. We've had a few chilly spells but it has mostly been a warm Autumn with a slight crisp in the air. Hope everyone is doing well. Much love
