Happy Halloween

The weather here was still pretty warm when Halloween came, so it was nice not having to bundle the kids up then try to fit their costumes over there coats. The kid's club at the gym I go to had a little Halloween party on Friday. The boys got to where their costumes to the gym where there was a costume parade then they made spiders out of pretzels and crackers and ate some spooky cupcakes. On Halloween I served our traditional pumpkin chili with wizard hat breadsticks and there was a big party on base that we went to. They had carnival style games, cotton candy, and a couple of bounce houses. They boys spent a few good hours in the bounce houses then Shawn took them around our neighborhood for some trick or treating. Hopped up on sugar they weren't ready for bed anytime soon so we watched some fun Halloween cartoons. The sugar high wore off and we soon had three sleeping boys. It was a pretty great night. I just love Halloween. Making spiders at the gym
Buzz waiting to play some carnival games
Roll that pumpkin Captain America
The Hulk sneaking some M&Ms
"Aleq no wrestling in the bounce house!"
Tada!
